Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before hitting the slopes.
How do I choose the right ski length?
Ski length depends on your height, weight, and skill level. Generally, skis should reach between your chin and the top of your head. Beginners should opt for shorter skis for better control, while experts may prefer longer skis for stability at speed.
Do you offer professional binding mounting?
Yes, we offer professional mounting services. If you purchase both skis and bindings, you can provide your boot sole length (BSL) and skier profile during checkout, and our certified technicians will mount them for you.
What is your return policy for seasonal gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that skis that have been custom-mounted or waxed are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for oversized items?
Standard shipping for skis and poles typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the equipment.
How should I store my skis during the off-season?
We recommend applying a thick layer of storage wax (without scraping) to protect the bases from drying out, and storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
